Ivan Roman as National Sales Manager

ROCKA Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Iván Román to National Sales Manager. Román has extensive experience in manufacturing, sales and management.

Román enjoys visiting customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and offer the right solutions. Now, as National Sales Manager he will support local teams to help ROCKA Solutions meet its forecasted growth.

Román worked at Continental Automotive on the engineering side 15 years, where one of his main achievements was to position his division as number one in terms of quality. He joined ROCKA Solutions in 2021 as Regional Sales Manager for Central Mexico and the Bajio Area. At the beginning of 2022 he was appointed to manage key accounts located all over Mexico, the U.S., Brazil and Argentina.

As a result of his passion, experience and drive Román has contributed to positioning ROCKA Solutions as a trusted manufacturer and distributor in Central Mexico and the Bajio Area. This led to a significant growth in sales for the company in the past 18 months.

Román has served as a member of the of the SMTA Board of Directors, President of the SMTA Guadalajara México Chapter, is Six Sigma Black Belt, SMTA and IPC A610 & J-STD Certified. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics of Mexico, and his Master’s Degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
